There was a story on BNN this morning about Chinese crop failures due to drought. The spin was the government would force farmers to spread fertilizer on their fields to prevent food inflation. I was only listening with one ear, so I may be slightly inacurate, but I think that was the jist of it.

HF is a fairly thin trader, so I could see this running the stock up. Chart looks good, but strong resistance at 8.00. If it breaks and holds for a couple of days, I might buy it.
