Guys, gals, dogs, frogs, mean looking star wars folks, ladies with whips, ducks and all things in between, even kittys masquarding as frogs............I think I may have fallen onto something that could shed light on some of our stocks we are following. Usually there is really a lag in finding out what the major mutual funds hold. The site below seems to show changes in stocks they make on a much more frequent basis. For example, in the site below it shows a recent sale of NGD. NGD has fallen, taken a 5% haircut in one day and if you look on the blogs at yahoo its followers couldn't figure out why. I ran across this site and plugged in the Tocqueville Gold fund and low and behold, it shows a big sale in NGD. My thinking is that if we check out some major gold mutual funds and it shows recent sales/buys maybe this is some information we can use. What say you? Am I thinking straight here?
