Ryan - these are my best guesses as to where "on the continent" these stocks are. Remember, these are guesses and could change with a single day's trading. I'm using 3 year weekly charts with these.
URE - prairies, but no signs of higher ground yet. Because the base is large & elevated, I would expect this to have a significant move at some point - but no way to know when.
CXX - prairies, just prairies.
KMK - despite the long consolidation, still climbing the mountain (on trend). Nice high plateau - refuses to go leeward, so odds favour another move up when the consolidation ends.
MTB - through the prairies and showing signs of higher ground. Possibly near a good entry point.
EAR - looks somewhat similar to MTB, but is such a thin trader, T/A is only marginably reliable.
CPN - climbing the mountain - best entry point is near the bottom of the trend channel.
GBG - this one's tough, because of currency issues, the US chart looks like climbing the mountain and the Canadian looks like prairies. Toss a coin.
SQI - I was wrong about this one - I thought it was at the summit, but it looks like the mountain will be higher. Problem is, it's starting to go parabolic, so it's getting tricky.
TMM - same situation as KMK.
EQN - tough call - you can make a case for still climbing (looks that way on the 3 year), but you could also make a case for leeward side. The accelerated trend broke, but the long term has not.
RM - similar to EQN.
