shhh....I believe the article is real...it is in the newspaper and the april fool is in ref. to a bad joke by the govt....not sure but I did buy the paper and it is def. in there.....I really hope it's an april fool and if it is it sure got me...here[s the link and the story that is in the paper is what i printed
