Maybe nobody will own up to having FTR.v stuck away in a dark corner of their portfolio, but I sometimes have to talk about stock that have been dogs and this one fits the niche. It is located next to the Red Chris Mine, in fact it borders on it. It is parent of a little oil play which is located in a great area also. So I guess my question is, "what causes a stock like this to be so dead when it has a lot going for it. I am not pumping this stock but am trying to understand why it is been on the board so long and is so dead? I expect the answer to this is pretty common to all dogs.
