I like the idea of small cap sector ETFs. When a sector starts to run, ETFs are the quickest way in, and small caps usually outperform. A nice way to add beta without having to resort to the daily-rebalancing, portfolio-killing ultras. I think they will be useful instruments if they become liquid enough. Nice logical symbols, too.
