Thanks Wolfster - I was initially disappointed with the small reaction to the offer. But now I think it may be an opportunity to buy more at a reasonable price. I've raised a lot of cash recently and FOS might be a good place to park some of it. Since they have minimal cash burn, it seems like a low-risk opportunity. Something will happen eventually.

It used to bother me to hold it (dead money in a strong market), but now that the market is shaky, I'm looking for things like this. If you know of other stocks that fit the criteria (selling near cash, minimal cash burn), please let me know.
