Icon president Insider Trading - Canadian stocks - question??

Susan from what I can see that is an initial sedi report stating that they are indeed an insider of gnbt.......not necessarilly buying a new position but holding positions like warrants , common shares etc..not sure why balances are not there...best I can think of
