SQI 20,000@$.47

A question I have possibly for Chris as I know he follows those Canadian insider trades. For EVG it indicates a buy by Sheldon Inwentash, who is the CEO of Pinetree but no values are indicated. Could someone take a look at that and interpret for me what you think that means? thanks!
