"Its a relatively small flowthrough financing. 3-5mil depending on demand. Use of proceeds is drilling and surface work at Renard and a little generative exploration in quebec and elsewhere in canada. We elected to top up the treasury with some flowthrough so we are conserving our hard dollars for the feasibility work. We saw the volatile market also and the pressure its put on the stock, but we get the FT premium and most of it has gone to about 4 funds who we know very well so it should help out the overall story. The timing was somewhat opportunistic because of the market, the fact that the FT is available right now, and we are heading into the quiet summer period. Apologies if it came as a surprise, but the board was keen to see us top up a little."
