ment. this could hit below .15 cents before when it did the sneaky dilution....so far 10.5 cents. so does it have to test the all time low 0f 8.5 cents or can this be it....problem is when it gets down here you really question survivability....tough call but if it is a survivor and as Peter says labrador's moratorium gets lifted then the price risk seems now to be a better ratio in the buyers favour...time will tell
