Lots of possibilites for KMK.

The good: Gets taken out soon.

The bad: The Chinese simply wait for the price to drift down before they bid.

The ugly: The Chinese force the stock down by hold up permitting, or some other means at their disposal, then buy it for a song.

I am hoping for the good, but preparing for the other alternatives. Right now, we are clearly in the summer doldrums with very little volume on many of these Venture stocks. I don't expect much to happen until the fall, but if the volume picks up on the downside, I'm out.
