The stocks in this subsector have underperformed the metals for many months. There's a decent chance they will play catch up fairly soon. I like the little guys PLG, PAL, ANO because they have good potential percentage-wise. But the one to watch is SWC - if that one breaks resistance (around 14.50), this sector could have a run.

Of course, if the markets tank in Sept, all bets are off. Unfortunately, my Sept crystal ball is unusually cloudy (rats!).
