Just eyeballing this, it looks like it's currently at support. Unfortunately, the pattern is the kind that often generates a support break. Also, when it previously traded below a buck (before last November), there was almost no volume. So if it breaks support here, there's no telling where it finally bottoms.

That said, there are 2 positives - the sector looks good, and today at least, there are a lot of underlying bids in the .95-.98 area.

This is a real dicey situation. I bought this a few days @ 1.07 when I thought it had bottomed, but if it breaks today - like the dragons say - I'm out.
