Not sure what to make of this company - they claim they are buying rare earths and storing them in warehouses. Kinda sounds like a scam. And the big one day drop in mid-July is disturbing (I can't seem to find out why that happened).

However, I like the sector, and the chart looks like it has the potential for a quick 50% pop. Could be one of the many mushroom stocks (pop up & harvest), so for that reason - I'm in @ .40
