Winstons Growth Stock Report Your Source for High Potential Stocks Issue 44, October 28, 2010 Hathor Exploration (HAT, TSXV) Finally Finding Love I took some added profits off the table last week upon HATs price surge. Even better, the price has kept climbing which is indicating the market has finally warmed up to HAT as being a legitimate discovery with economic potential. The outstanding assay results from hole MWNE-10-648 was the catalyst. 63.5 meters grading 7.75% with grades as high as 87.2% U3O8 is one of the best assay results ever produced from the Athabasca Basin. Hopefully the share price will hold up. It should given more positive results. A new resource calculation should be coming out in November which will focus on the original Roughrider Zone. By Q1 of 2011, another updated resource calculation is expected which will, for the first time, include Roughrider East. By then the market may have tangible proof that Hathor does in fact have a world class deposit. There is some talk that Roughrider East could be bigger than Roughrider. Its taken about a year and a half since the market paid attention to Hathor but now they are finally finding love. My bet is that well see $4 by spring of 2011. Petroamerica (PTA, TSXV) BNN Top Pick Announcement from Sprott The second biggest news story this week centers on PTA which surged 30% on Thursday. PTA got some media attention on BNN when Eric Nuttal of Sprott Asset Management announced that PTA was his top oil and gas pick. Nuttal stated that he usually doesnt invest in exploration companies but this is the exception citing outstanding management and prospective properties. Nuttal also said his company participated in a recent financing where a syndicate of underwriters led by Raymond James Ltd., and including GMP Securities L.P., Haywood Securities Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., and Jennings Capital Inc., agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, an aggregate of 62,500,000 Units at $0.40 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $25,000,000. Nuttall pointed out that the market cap prior to todays move was around $160 million whereas his bullish estimate is that PTAs valuation could be closer to $400 million.
