How do you Link a PDF that was E-mailed and is an attachment.

Just wondering if I could get some tips on how to show you guys an Investor Report that I have received as a PDF as an attachment through an e-mail. I find there is some good information worth sharing and discussing, but I can't get it copied or linked here. It is a free service, so it's not a subscription issue. Thanks for any help.
