Susan - gotta admit you keep better notes than I do (none, lol). But I distinctly remember Peter cleaning and pressing his bear suit somewhere around May-June 09 (although he didn't put it on at the time). I also remember him being bearish on the radio show, but not willing to short the market because he thought it would be in a trading range. More recently, I'm pretty sure he said the markets would not hold up after Labor day. Sorry, but I don't know how to find that post without going through a large number of them - too much work for me.

As far as other guys, I follow a small handful, especially Barry Rithholtz (a real good big picture guy - that's even the name of his blog), and Nadeem Walayat. They both made the March 09 bottom call. Walayat has been just amazing in his calls.

I always listen to everybody, and try to figure out who is has a the best argument. Right now, I think Walayat (bullish after current correction) has the better case.
