I can understand Peter's frustration - this was one of the few PM stocks I was unable to make money on. Every little pop gets sold - no real trend.

But if you look at the big picture, it appears to be building a large elevated base. Some day this could indeed have a very large move, like some of the other ones mentioned in the article.

But for me, I'm a short term trader, and there are a lot of plays out there that are much more fun.
