and whether or not swy goes it alone remains to be seen...if not a buyer may step in for the whole project....nuff said..it will turn out to be an interesting play......if we only had a crystal ball to see what happens after the rs.....then we would know when to add/enter...so beaware that a safer bet may be to enter after the rs if your're going to play......???????????
