Don't fight the Fed, don't fight the tape, & don't short a bull market.

Despite a number of indications of an imminent correction, the market just killed the shorts today. On fairly low volume, the TSX, Dow, S&P all made new highs. This, despite last Friday's plunge, volatility spike, weakening internals, Dow industrial/transport divergences, overly bullish sentiment, Egypt blowing up, fundamental this, fundamental that, etc., etc.

Perhaps we will still get a real correction in Feb., but one thing for sure - I'm shorting nothing until our bull market is clearly over.
