Stock to watch with huge resources
This is right in line with our speculative expectations, but still quite impressive to see: 55.8 million ounces of gold and 394.1 million ounces of silver, not to mention 4 billion pounds of copper and more metal credits. The 3-gram cut-off resource at Brucejack is particularly interesting, yielding about 3.8 million ounces averaging 6.8 g/t gold -- big enough and high-grade enough to make for a world-class deposit on its own. And it's going to get bigger. Better yet, there are no NGO's that have decided to target this company with their insanity.
What to do now? Well, even with the MCap up about 70% in recent trading, the company looks relatively undervalued for what it can say it has (with the capping, it's clear that there's more gold than these new numbers account for in the high-grade sections). On the other hand, almost every time a stock goes vertical like this, it pulls back to some degree. So, for now, watch for lower prices.
