I used to love Ballard - I called them a Wizard of OZ company. They consistently tried to pump the stock with press releases - usually 2 days in a row. I would short the stock on the morning of day 3 and make 15-20% in a few days. They repeated the press release pattern until it stopped working. It was very predictable and I made a lot of money shorting it, so I have fond memories of Ballard.
