Encanto Potash (EPO, TSXV)

Earlier this week Encanto announced they are still in process of completing a compliant resource calculation to meet 43-101 standards however they are modifying the report’s scope of work.

This odd announcement sent waves of fear through EPO shareholders and who concluded the resource numbers are probably terrible. Consequently Encanto shares proceeded to tank. This knee jerk reaction may or may not have any basis.

Since we sold our shares during the recent spike and are now holding FREE shares we can sit back and see how our cards lie after this wind storm of activity.

Encanto’s announcement also coincided with the recent Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Convention which is held every year in early March in Toronto.

My spies tell me there were many upset Encanto shareholders demanding answers from the Company’s representative at their PDAC booth. Obviously, these folks are not subscribers of this newsletter. For those investors who do not take profits after a stock spikes up in price and doubles or more, they have only themselves to blame for their anxiety.

Encanto’s much awaited 43-101 will be out in due course.

Wildcat Silver (WS, TSXV) M anganese? What Manganese?

Further to my last comments, it really is all about the silver now with Wildcat’s Hardshell property. Wildcat has taken a huge run this week after it was announced that a $13 million private placement (10 million shares at a price of $1.30 per share) with Silver Wheaton will be done. Silver Wheaton, the largest metals streaming company in the world, now has first rights of refusal for any silver stream or royalty financing that Wildcat may choose to sell.
