Open question to the hub that hopefully someone can enlighten me on regarding the recent buying by Patterson. How long before a major (which the financing deal would be) news release is it usually a so called quiet time for insiders when they shouldn't be trading their own companies stock as it would be construed as insider trading?Don't get me wrong,I like the idea that Patterson is stepping up and increasing his holdings.I'm just trying to figure out how they can then turn around and come out with financing news that could be favourable to the company and it not be considered insider trading.Yes everyone is fully aware that a financing has to take place but the terms of said financing could have a positive or negative effect depending on said terms.Just wondering while I'm looking at it and it looks like its finally going to get going along with sgc like Chris pointed out.Good update from Peter helped there I think.
