I think that both AVL & QRM will see this year at leat 20$, I want to be in these plays until the end of REEs mania.
Here is another example for raised target price and that is QRM:
Newly issued report from Kaiser, upgrading his previous $10-$15 price target to $20-$25.
"My target for Quest is $20-$25 per share a year from now premised ondelivery of a prefeasibility study that does not markedly differ fromthe assumptions embedded in the PEA, and stabilization of rare earthoxide prices at the current Chinese domestic levels. Higher prices areconceivable if the market decides to use FOB spot prices as the revenueinputs for its valuation of rare earth projects, which nominallygenerates targets in the $100-$150 per share range for Quest, or $50-$75per share when discounted for the time lag between now and productionstartup. Bottom-fishers and Spec Value Hunters should focus on a nearterm target in the $10-$15 range as the audience for Quest and theStrange Lake story expands through broader research coverage and an AMEXlisting, but they should not be surprised if much higher prices areachieved during 2011."
"The most startling thing to come out is how robustStrange Lake is at domestic Chinese spot prices which generates anominal after tax NPV of $45 per share. Knocking that back for the timefactor generates a plausible buyout range of $20-$25 per share."
