When the Great Vampire Squid speaks, I listen, lol. Actually, I generally ignore them, but sometimes I come to the same conclusion. Specifically, right now the energy sector looks toppy. Hasn't broken trend yet, but the sector has just given a MACD sell signal with a large negative divergence on the daily charts. The weekly is also rolling over with a new MACD sell.

I own energy stocks, but I have a partial hedge - I sold calls on ERX (triple energy bull). The calls will expire on Friday. After that I will either put on another hedge, or just start selling my energy stocks. Hopefully one more bounce left in the sector.
