Technically, the share-price of Vancouver based Premium Exploration Inc. (TSX.V-Symbol: PEM) has been consolidating sideways within the red & green boundaries in the last years which volatile price action took the shape of a sharp triangle. Recently, a “Breakout” above the upper red resistances at $0.55 & $0.63 was accomplished (representing strong buy-signals), whereafter a classical “Pullback” to this formerly strong resistance started (and is on-going) in order to transform it into a new support. These current price-levels represent final buy-signals as (after a classical “Pullback” to the apex of the triangle) the typical dynamic “Thrust” can begin anytime now – either a strong up- or downward movement. The PEM-HUI-Ratio (at the bottom of the chart) shows an analog triangular price formation out of which a “Breakout” & subsequent “Pullback” occurred having already found support at the apex of the triangle; thus a strong “Thrust” to the upside is anticipated – hence PEM will represent an above-average performing stock (as being compared to the HUI-Index) in the months ahead.
Considering the recently started Phase-4 program & the potential/likelihood to multiplicate the current total “Idaho Gold Project” NI43-101 resource (0.3 million oz gold indicated & 0.8 million oz gold inferred) to a few million ounces within the next months, the stock value of Premium Exploration Inc. appears attractively undervalued at a current market capitalization of merely $70 million. We anticipate a strong move above the $100 million level (representing $0.80 per share) shortly; with volatile testing of the $1 level thereafter.
