I think these stocks will hit bottom when the last rat has left the ship. Which might be a while - there are still a lot of rats on board, lol.

When the Japanese reactors blew up, the sector became dead money for the forseeable future. Not much has changed - probably won't go a whole lot lower, but this sector will likely underperform other resource stocks during the next run up.
