Staying with the psychiatric theme, market appears to have a split personality. Gets overbought - it sells off. Gets oversold - it comes back. Gold, large & mid cap gold stocks got overbought, now they're pulling back. Expect a little more of this before it eventually breaks out to the upside. And hang on to your juniors - they appear to be setting up for another run.
