I think the market is starting to price in a Washington screw-up. Everything will be vulnerable until there is some resolution to the debt ceiling issue.

Still, If we have a mini-panic, it will be very short-lived, so I'm using the current weakness to accumulate more juniors. I still anticipate the market breaking out to the upside within 2-4 weeks and the juniors should provide the best bang for the buck.
