Intraday rallies don't usually start at noon. Often there isn't enough energy to sustain it until the close. I would be more comfortable if it started at 2 o'clock. Still, we are so incredibly oversold, it might work - the close will be important.

The turn up in my indicator that I was looking for has happened, but I like to wait until we get near the close for confirmation. For now, fingers crossed.........
