Funny, you barely hear about Italy - all they talk about is this silly US downgrade stuff.

This is a perfect example of chaos theory (or should I say KAOS from Get Smart). Some squabbling by US politicians leads to a debt rating downgrade, leading to rare earth stocks getting cut in half, etc, etc. Go figure.........
