The company has still to overcome 2 obstacles. It paid too much for Peregrine and thus will need to raise capital as a matter of time. They tried in October to raise $300m senior notes but have to cancel it because of market conditions.
Secondly, there had been incidents of safety violations over the last 2 weeks resulted in 1 fatality yesterday causing the mine to close down for investigation.
Other than that, everything is flying. Palladium and Platimum prices are going up, margins good, and production doing well.
