Donner Metals (DON, TSXV) On Track and On Budget
We havent heard much from Donner until last weeks brief news announcement. Mine development is moving ahead and most notably, the Bracemac-McLeod ramp is currently advancing through 2,070 meters and most of the surface infrastructure (roads, power, and support facilities) is now complete.
Also continued exploration within the Matagami property which surrounds the Bracemac-McLeod mine has resulted in the discovery of massive sulphides in the Garon Lake area, an extensive VMS alteration system in the Bell Channel area and drilling has discovered the occurrence of shallow stratigraphy that potentially extends the prolific South Flank mine.
Production is still on track for yearly 2013 and the exploration project pipeline is looking good.
The share price is a joke but theres no arguing with cash flow which will commence just months away.
