As is often the case, the stock moved before the news was released. That's what I like about reading the technical tea leaves. Now the stock isn't exactly exploding higher, but it's a start - a higher high confirms that the new trend is up. Good chance it gets into the .40-.50 range by January (once again, assuming continuation of our year end rally).
