I very much look at volume. Volume often preceeds price. When bottom fishing (seems I've been doing that for much of the year, lol), I look for unusually heavy volume after a long decline with apparent price stabilization. While you can never be sure, it implies capitulation. Thus, I recently bought SRM.v EAS.v WTG.to FCO.to. In that regard, CUV is looking interesting - definitely on the watch list.
