Theoretically, 2 weeks of tax loss selling remains for Canadians, but most people don't wait until the last minute. So I think this coming week will probably be a good time to buy. But on any individual stock, there's no way to know what sellers are lurking out there. For that reason, I usually take a 1/3 position on the first indication of a bottom, and buy the rest when it's more clear.
