During 2008 - Venture's worst year ever, it lost over 75% by Christmas. Then bounced 30% during the Santa Claus rally the following 2 weeks. Also went on to have 2 good years after that.

This year the loss so far is about 38% or half of the 2008 losses. If the pattern holds we should get half the bounce after Christmas, say 15%, and a good year in 2012.

Perhaps I'm crazy, but that's my bet. I plan to be fully invested in juniors before Christmas. If they go down the tubes, I'll have to ask Revenue Canada to return some of my taxes from the last year or 2, lol.
