S&P 500 Index has price struggling with the 50D. The 50D is rising and that is a positive sign. Up volume was impressive on Friday. Historically, stock markets rise during a presidential year, as the FED does it best to help the incumbent president or his party to stay in power. Only two times during the past 60 years did the market fall during a presidential year.
