sh Blogger.....I asked MrEvans regarding an IPO after the spn off. KDI= Kennedy Diamonds Inc...I'm guessing. IMO, get the JV buyout done. Walk away from DeBums ASAP. Then MPV will have enough capital to fund all exploration and mining construction for our new property.
