Judging by US stocks, particularly techs, market has plenty of overall liquidity. But the sentiment for resource stocks in general is simply not there. As long as liquidity is plentiful, there won't be any panic selling, but without investor enthusiasm, these stocks will flounder.
The larger stocks have better support (dividends, large investors, etc.). Juniors require enthusiasm or they just drift lower. This state of affairs will likely continue until gold or commodities in general have some sort of technical breakout. That may not happen until July or August.
That said, Venture is approaching 1550 where there should be a little support - the 50% retracement of the Santa rally, and some previous peaks. We'll see how it acts at that point. But until it shows some signs of life, I keep selling.
