technicals may be there klaus but is the company actually doing something.Last time I looked they were sitting idle waiting for the phosphate market to heat up again.Can't see it breaking to the upside without some sort of activity unless they sell the property I guess.It is interesting though to see if the technicals are a precursor to a fundamental change in the company.
