Bulls down 10 to 28.1, bears up 13.8 to 41.6.

Pretty dramatic change in one week - looks like the little correction in US markets has spooked individual investors. This is positive, at least for US markets - makes it more likely the move from Oct is not over. Not sure what this means for PMs.
