Yes I have it. I own it because they have the mills, especially the one in the US, which is what they are selling in this deal. Denison will still have partial ownersip of a mill in the Athabaska I beleive.

I like the deal, spinning off the US assets. The new company with production in the US should bode well for the share price. The new company may be an attractive take out target, and that would not be subject to review by the Cdn gov't. ( I think, could be wrong)

I might buy more denison in the next couple of days.
