It's interesting that GDX made a new lower close, while GDXJ did not. Also, Venture dropped less than TSX. This could just be a one day thing - of course, we'll find out tomorrow.

Tomorrow's jobs report could have a large effect on the PMs. They desperately need some expectation of QE3, so they would definitely prefer a weak jobs report. But as usual, it's an expectations game - we don't know if today's plunge anticipates a strong report. The PM's response to tomorrow's report will be a tell, methinks.
