When we get bounces on the golds, it looks a lot like early morning short-covering. I suspect we will need a real capitulation before we get a true intermediate bottom. Until then, bounces will probably be sold.

Still, I think capitulation should come very soon - gold stocks actually fell through their downtrend channel yesterday. I think it's time to set up some stink bids.
