In my area we're still getting 40-75....yes....bids on a house driving them 20-60 grand over ask....now maybe ask is too small...don't know. Cottages will get hit hard here...they def. are in a bubble imo. Laker front lots are 10 times what they were a few years back and crap cottages with block foundations full of antequated everything and mose crap thrown in for a bonous sell for 300 plus if they're lake front. I could see housing falter here 30-40 percent but that would be pretty hard and there would have to be some unemployment happenning which we don't have yet. Now if this turns eventually into a deflationary depression as some suggest all bets off the table. What a friggen mess this world is in....
