It's true that Peter makes his living as a junior resource stock promoter. But that does not explain why we would be willing to lose his own money investing in these stocks. I think a better explanation is that he's too close to these companies and simply gets caught up in the stories. In my early years of trading, I often got caught up in a story - which caused me to ignore the charts that said, "SELL!"

I'm a bit more sceptical now - I pay more attention to the charts than the stories.
