it's a real tough call as you say if it gets a green light then it will rise significantly but if it doesn't look out below. REALLY TOUGH CALL. I can see this moving lower even before a decision. I'm just going to watch from the sidlines and se what happens because I really have no clue. On one hand for the administration it's gained jobs and lost votes, on the other i's lost jobs and gained votes. What's that a conumdrum....
